REFUND POLICY: 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: CINAGRO products by 1PrettySoul are organic handcrafted hair and skincare products. Since our products are organic, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. 

Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us via email at Official1prettysoul@gmail.com  .

For E-commerce group and one-on-one, full refunds available before class starts only. If we have opened your store, only a partial refund will be issued for the e commerce class if the person that has registered for the class chooses to cancel AFTER class start date.
 
SHIPPING POLICY:
 
Our hair and skin care products are handcrafted, so when ordering please keep in mind that our products have an infusion time of 14 days if out of stock, orders will be shipped out on the 14th day.

Orders will be shipped through USPS mail and will arrive to the customer in 3-7 business days from the ship date. Shipping and handling charges will apply.


Please do not use cinagro oil products if allergic to any ingredients listed in the kit. External use only. Do not ingest.
